Position Overview: The EHS Manager will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs in a semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of safety. The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor manufacturing, with experience managing EHS programs specific to the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations, conducting audits and inspections as needed.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Identify EHS risks in semiconductor processes and implement control measures.
Provide EHS training for staff on safety, hazardous materials, and emergency procedures.
Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management and permit reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance through data analysis and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operations and product development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industries.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific safety and environmental regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
