Genius Talent has partnered with a top-tier provider specializing in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement services seeking an organized Accounting and Administrative Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day accounting functions and administrative operations within their office. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, team leadership, and office management, ensuring that both financial operations and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, daily accounting (AP, AR, payroll), and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and assist with audits.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and coordinate tax filing with external professionals.
• Supervise office staff and ensure efficient operations (scheduling, correspondence, document management).
• Maintain office supplies, oversee customer service, and support meetings and travel arrangements.
• Implement administrative policies to improve office efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and general office software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
