In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute CXI strategies to improve the consumer experience and deliver meaningful business outcomes
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define and address CXI opportunities
Manage and execute CXI projects from strategy to action
Use data-driven decision making to identify and prioritize CXI initiatives
Measure and report on the impact of CXI initiatives
Requirements:
Master's Degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics or economics, user experience, social sciences, engineering
4 years management consulting experience
4 years of User experience research
2+ years of management experience and leading team members
3+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
Experience in a Medicare Advantage environment
