Responsibilities:
Apply advanced knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage diverse projects.
Lead or contribute to complex projects with a large scope and impact.
Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to integrate their solutions.
Oversee the installation and provide training for products at customer sites.
Manage customer technical accounts, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
Participate in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to meet specific organizational goals.
Recommend and implement new practices, processes, metrics, or models to improve operations.
Deliver solutions that may set new standards within the organization.
Determine independently the best methods to complete new projects efficiently.
Receive high-level guidance on project objectives and manage detailed execution.
Act as a mentor, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, technology, or a related field (preferred).
8 years of experience in technical implementation, healthcare technology, customer success, or a similar field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management certification, or other relevant technical certifications (preferred but not required).
Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 7-year background check and will undergo a urine panel drug screening. Candidates must also verify 2 employers within the last 5 years and verify their highest level of education.
