Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support a district, area, or functional group by managing assigned projects, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and handling various administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring timely communication, accuracy in tracking systems, and the overall success of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Update tracking systems to maintain accurate project and program status, including third-party management systems.
Create and distribute correspondence related to projects or programs (internal and external).
Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
Monitor deadlines and communicate potential issues to management promptly.
Generate ad hoc and scheduled reports as needed.
Issue vendor purchase orders (POs) and support vendor management tasks, including invoicing and acting as a liaison with Accounts Payable and external vendors.
Handle administrative tasks such as completing zoning and permit letters, as well as supporting permit extensions and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and oversee the property pool and task assignments.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a general business environment, with a focus on project coordination or administration.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn project management software.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
