Job Description
This role is expected to function at a high level with respect to volume and efficiency of timely processing of equipment quotations, part orders, and resolution of time sensitive issues with limited supervision.
Effectively manages and prioritizes daily workload to ensure job bid dates, emergency replacements and the product replacement needs of our internal and external customers are met.
Must be timely and efficient in managing all projects to assure delivery deadlines are met.
This includes managing the production period, for delivery changes for a stated project / job.
Participates in process improvement team initiatives.
Perform individual and team duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Establish and maintain a good repour with our team by providing timely and accurate service and follow up to internal and external customers.
Effectively disseminate and process quotations and order management, utilizing CRM and SAP. Interpret and execute customer projects / expectations.
Handles special assignments and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Embraces an environment that facilitates team collaboration and sharing of information and knowledge.
Embrace, communicate, and work towards the achievement of departmental strategic / key initiatives in a fast-paced changing work environment.
Grow our Lennox Parts purchasing program and understanding how the rebate program affects the purchases.
Create a non-OEM part cross reference document.
Work one on one with our Branch Managers to achieve our material cost savings goal.
Locate backordered parts as needed.
Order monthly PM materials for our branches as needed.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Associates degree or equivalent is preferred. Requires at least 3 years related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Working knowledge of SAP a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective at written and verbal communication, including effective listening skills.
Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
