Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a respected physician-founded medical practice in Goshen, IN! We're seeking a detail-oriented Patient Information Coordinator to enhance our client's patient experience. Healthcare professionals with backgrounds in patient satisfaction and medical terminology are strongly encouraged to apply, including Medical Assistants, LNAs, Unit Coordinators, and Emergency Room Technicians.

Position Details
  • Position: Patient Information Coordinator
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Location: Goshen, IN (100% onsite)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Weekend Requirements: 2-3 weekends per month with rotating holidays
  • Type: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient scheduling, including new appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Process insurance verification and maintain accurate patient demographic information
  • Enter billing codes into electronic medical record system with precision
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Support daily administrative operations of the medical practice

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with customer service in corporate or administrative setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology helpful
