Job Description:

Join a leading solar energy company as a Solar Project Manager, where you will oversee residential and commercial solar energy projects from planning through final inspection. This role requires expertise in managing all aspects of solar installations, with a focus on efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of solar project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineering, electrical, roofing, sales teams, and subcontractors. Facilitate clear communication to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential challenges during the pre-construction and execution phases, implementing effective solutions to maintain schedules and client satisfaction.
  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously evaluate project management processes to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect installations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Verify all permits and documentation are complete for project approval.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Emphasize safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all activities.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in managing residential and commercial solar energy projects
  • Expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulations related to solar installations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
