The nature of the work is focused on the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to customers.
Set, review and reconcile periodic demand plans (including assortments, flow, drops, stock-keeping unit productivity and allocations to maximize revenues and minimize closeout inventory).
Taking the lead in demand management (including communication of purchase position, forecast variances, and prioritize, negotiate, and resolve category-specific inventory issues).
Taking the lead in Demand & Delivery performance analysis (including building inventory management awareness, analyze inventory data & KPI's, manage and track key targets on inventory and delivery performance).
Operational excellence (including knowledge of planning tools, their dependencies, and associated systems, being accurate, communicating well and an understanding of KPI's and resulting improvements).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associate degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
