This is a non-personal services contract to provide Administrative, Analyst and Advisor Services that shall support the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. The United States Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor personnel, who are the service providers performing the services described herein. The contracted service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, implement, and manage ongoing support programs including contracting, inventory of property and supplies, shipping and customs, transportation, parking and travel, telecommunications, signage, facilities maintenance, space management and conferences and specials events and VIP official visitor support
Assist with planning and studying the organization programs for continuing operations or providing services during periods of natural disaster or other emergencies
Develop and manage ongoing storage, and inventory of property and supplies
Analyze, interpret, and resolve field and distribution inventory issues/ discrepancies and report findings to management.
Help coordinate and conduct space management studies to identify and evaluate space needs, acquire and/or modify space, plan and oversees renovations of space and generate/review cost estimates
Maintains liaison with operations experts in functional areas
Evaluate furniture lifecycles and usefulness
Coordinate with vendors to review workstation typical, space plans and proposed finish/color palettes with client, architect, project team, etc.
Prepare/finalize installation documents for new furniture and equipment
Coordinate office relocations and reconfigurations
Prepare statements of work, proposals, and documentation to coordinate with the acquisition's office for procurement of furniture and equipment
Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis
Research, prepare and process inventory adjustments working with other departments and finance staff to ensure that billing errors are resolved in a timely manner
Coordinate with construction and/or demolition teams
Follow through on project punch-list items, invoicing and document control
Work with staff to help to develop policies, procedures, and operational plans governing the provision of general services to the bureau
Responsible for ordering expendable supplies, materials, and services from mandatory sources
Identify procurement support needs and conduct procurement planning
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma and must have a minimum of five (5) years office experience and supporting high level officials OR a two-year college degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or other elated field together with four (4) years of office management experience.
Must have at least an Active Secret Clearance with the ability to acquire a Top Secret is required for this position
