Job Description:

Established, growing, Fort Lauderdale company with 90 locations across four states, fostering a great place to work environment, and providing an excellent benefits package is seeking an Administrative/Accounting Specialist to join its team on-site team.

About the Role You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by supporting VPs and Executive level staff by booking travel, communicating travel updates and changes, reconciling expense reports, and accounts payable.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service and follow-up to all employee
  • Coordinating, booking, and modifying travel
  • Reconciling corporate credit cards, Accounts Payable, and expense reports
  • Administrative skills
  • Filing and paying annual reports
  • Creating Presentations
  • Training

Qualifications -
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

  • Advanced Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
