We are currently seeking a friendly individual to join the team responsible for coordinating the scheduling of ABA services with our clientele and clinical staff. The desired candidate will have prior experience with high volume appointment scheduling and coordination.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work closely with the clinical team to coordinate the staffing and scheduling of ABA services across a large number of clients and staff
Use of scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
Ensure contract fulfillment for each client based on contracted services
Coordinate new client start-up
Identify staffing needs and support recruitment of new positions
Ensure staff hours are scheduled in accordance with company policies
Manage cancellations as they occur and arrange for substitute coverage and/or make up sessions
Maintain up to date records on the availability of staff and clients
Communicate scheduling and staffing information with clients and staff
Available after-hours and weekends to respond to urgent communication, as needed
Motivated and talented individuals with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
Experience in staffing and scheduling (previous experience working at an ABA agency is preferred)
Expertise in the use of Mac computers and scheduling software (expertise in Central Reach software is a plus)
Knowledge of ABA industry preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve
Good organization, communication, and attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems
