We are seeking an experienced Datacenter Consultant Program Manager(CPM) to lead and manage security system projects for our client's global datacenters. The CPM will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing datacenter security measures while ensuring high-quality, risk-based solutions that meet client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules. Develop detailed project plans and manage project risks, resources, and budgets.
Design Oversight: Ensure security designs meet client standards. Collaborate on Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR) and align with local codes and regulations.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing communication, updates, and consultation to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Testing and Commissioning: Oversee inspections, functional testing, and integration testing of security systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring clear roles, motivation, and effective communication throughout project execution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reporting metrics. Ensure all processes align with client requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in datacenter security, project management, and system design.
Proficient in IT principles and practices, with strong familiarity with AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and legislation (preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
