The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms and maintaining reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
Perform administrative duties including updating databases
Property management correspondence
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
