Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms and maintaining reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Perform administrative duties including updating databases
  • Property management correspondence
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
