Partnering with the Executive Support Manager, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President and Senior Executive Team
Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Support Manager with daily administrative duties, such as calendar management, correspondence, and travel planning
Support communication with staff on the President's behalf and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings
Provide personal assistance to the President in a wide variety of tasks and activities that require timely or immediate attention
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience
Advanced English composition skills
Advanced level competence with most MS Office tools and SharePoint
Travel 4-8 times per year for Board Meetings
Valid Driver's License required
