Focus:
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients visiting or calling the office.
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls with attention to discretion and confidentiality.
Organize and schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and ensure meeting preparations are handled efficiently.
Operate and troubleshoot general office equipment such as printers and copiers.
Assist with the preparation of legal documents and maintain an organized filing system.
Support office staff and attorneys with various administrative tasks as needed.
Skill Set:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging professionally in both oral and written formats.
An introductory understanding of legal terminology is advantageous.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
