The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lease agreements and ensuring compliance within regulations. The Lease Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting property leasing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective renters, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Manage property leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing and property management.
Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for efficient operations.
Assist in conflict resolution and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
Support property maintenance efforts and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Experience in property management and leasing
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
Understanding of landlord-tenant law
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively
Experience in data entry and office management
Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
