Position Summary:
Trident Health System is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract Executive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to our executive team located in North Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple priorities effectively, and demonstrates exceptional time management skills.
The successful candidate will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential and time-sensitive materials. This role also includes assisting with office projects such as inventory management, filing, and arranging catering for events.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2+ years of Executive Assistant (EA) experience in a large organization.
Proven ability to support 2-3 executives with complex schedules and multiple priorities.
Experience with extensive calendar management and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 executives.
Manage extensive calendar scheduling, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and arrange travel itineraries.
Maintain confidential files and respond to inquiries regarding hospital policies and procedures.
Assist with office projects, including inventory, filing, and ordering supplies.
Arrange catering for events and assist with planning large functions/retreats.
Prepare correspondence, reports, graphs, and presentations.
Answer and screen phone calls, greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Comfortable managing office-related projects such as inventory, filing, and supplies.
Experience arranging catering and coordinating event logistics.
