Overview:
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a global consumer products company who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, industry knowledge, and strong communication abilities. The assistant manages the CEO's schedule, coordinates meetings, and handles correspondence, often acting as a liaison between the CEO and board members. Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar by scheduling and prioritizing meetings
Handle communication with all corporate executives
This person will thrive under a fast paced and project-oriented environment
Draft and handle correspondence, including emails and reports
Prepare meeting materials, such as agendas and presentations
Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to manage contracts and inquiries
Ensure all sensitive information is handled with discretion and confidentiality
