We are a Boston-based pharmaceutical company that is:
Preparing for phase 2 clinical trials on an investigational treatment for stage IV BRCA-related cancers, including pancreatic, breast, prostate, and ovarian cancer.
Developing a broad, independent drug pipeline to treat other difficult-to-treat cancers.
We are looking for an accomplished CFO with proven equity-based fundraising experience (VC / institutional) in the life sciences industry and who has deep industry connections/relationships.
Responsibilities
Play an instrumental role in raising capital from venture capitalists to fund our phase 2 clinical trial, further develop our preclinical pipeline, and rapidly expand our team.
Post-funding, play a key role in building and managing the team, including finance and HR.
Qualifications
Recent track record of securing private institutional equity investments in the life sciences industry while acting as a CFO of a pharma/biotech company.
Current, deep relationships that can be leveraged for a successful fund-raise and rapid company growth.
Prior experience building and managing finance and HR teams.
