Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents for meetings and communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, documentation, and files, including more complex or sensitive materials (e.g., employee files).
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Handle other related tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with computer-based accounting software and office management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy office environment.
  • 2-3 years of general office experience (experience in a service-related or similar industry is a plus).
  • Associate's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
