We are looking for a Advisor Service Representative to support the client base of investment advisors. The Advisor Service Representative will report to the Chief Operations Officer and be responsible for interfacing on a daily basis with the firms investment advisory clients and their needs.
Responsibilities • Provide client and administrative support to the company's investment advisory client base, including the establishment of new accounts, asset transfers, money movements as well as other client directives • Support relationships with broker-dealers • CRM and database management • Office administration
Desired Qualifications • 3+ years in a client service support role. Undergraduate degree required • Brokerage and investment advisory firm experience preferred • Experience maintaining and protecting sensitive and confidential information • Strong verbal and written communication skills; self-directed, highly organized individual with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
