We are Careismatic Brands LLC. (CBL), the global leader in medical apparel and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the Executive Office. This position will handle the the busy schedules and correspondence of CBL's executive team while reporting directly to the CEO.
Position Summary: We are searching for a personable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our growing team and support our CEO and executive team. As our EA, you'll be responsible for keeping the executive team on track with a high volume of calendar management, travel arrangements, and overall administrative support.
Minimum of 3 days in office- Sherman Oaks, CA
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls on behalf of CEO and executive team
Manage high volume of calendaring and scheduling
Plan and coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
Screen and prioritize incoming communications internally and externally
Arranging domestic and international travel
Prepare and submit expense reports
Act as the main point of contact for the CEO and executive team
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects
Sit in on stakeholder meetings
Gift arrangements for birthdays, special occasions, etc.
Monitoring CEO email- if CEO requires this
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting high-level executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Able to work effectively cross-functionally and across multiple time zones
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, not required
