We've hosted over 70,000 people at our events and have secured partnerships with industry giants like Tiktok, Reddit, YouTube, Google, The New York Times, Vogue, Spotify and more!
We're seeking a highly aesthetic, creative and organized individual to join the Puppysphere team as our Social Media Co-ordinator! This is your chance to blend wellness, puppies, and social virality for a brand that's revolutionizing the wellness space. We're transforming the wellness landscape through our puppy therapy experiences, making well-being both accessible and enjoyable for all.
This role is full-time. It's a hybrid role and weekend availability is necessary.
The Responsibilities Include:
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
Create and manage engaging content for Puppysphere's TikTok account and city-specific Instagram channels.
Capture high-quality photo and video content at Puppysphere events across multiple locations.
Develop and maintain content calendars that align with our wellness mission and event schedule.
Track social media metrics and optimize content performance across platforms.
Strategy & Collaboration:
Execute platform-specific content strategies that showcase our unique wellness experiences.
Support content creation for partnerships and corporate wellness events.
Work with Marketing Coordinator on cross-promotional campaigns and broader initiatives.
Stay current with social media trends and implement emerging best practices.
Administrative:
Coordinate with local teams to ensure consistent content coverage.
Manage relationships with printing vendors across multiple cities.
Maintain organized content library of photos and videos.
Support additional marketing projects as needed.
What we are looking for:
Portfolio demonstrating your social media aesthetic and marketing skillsets.
Experience creating viral content.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
