Job Summary:
This Email Marketing/Automation Managerwill be responsible for a team that produces and deploys all emails related to the Collette customer experience globally during the acquisition, post-purchase and remarketing phases. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience building and maintaining email automation workflows in Hubspot, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and bring fresh ideas to our 100+ year old business.
Primary Functions
Develop scalable B2C and B2B email marketing strategies to attract new users and retain existing customers.
Work with internal data teams to develop and deploy email automation workflows to: ensure customers are receiving timely/pertinent information about their upcoming trip, communicate product information to customers who have expressed interest, and re-engage with customers post-travel to improve retention.
Collaborate with marketing leaders across the business to execute both tactical and branding campaigns.
Maintain and execute a comprehensive email marketing calendar and ensure its alignment to business goals in the US, Canada, and Australia
Manage a team of two email marketing specialists.
Review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven recommendations for improving Collette's email marketing program.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance
Devise and execute an A/B testing program for email marketing and regularly report on results.
Foster a collaborative working environment, both within and outside of the email marketing team.
Knowledge and Skills
Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, preferably in marketing automation
Experience with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform) is required.
Experience leading a team is preferred.
Availability to work in our Pawtucket office 60% of the time.
SQL and HTML experience strongly preferred.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
