We're experiencing tremendous growth as an organization and looking for strong team member to jump in and manage marketing deliverables that support the company's sales objectives. From proposals to presentations to digital marketing and event planning, you will manage multiple priorities while supporting our sales and marketing team to ensure we're delivering content that beautifully conveys our brand and story.
The position requires a willingness to learn, exceptional organization, and the ability to interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources. You need to be equally comfortable with writing as well as graphic design to ensure brand standards and organization goals are met. We need an agile problem solver and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables such as proposals, presentations, event planning and more
Oversee marketing programs, campaigns and deliverables mentoring junior marketing team members, providing guidance and feedback
Participate and facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions with marketing and sales teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Ensure marketing materials library is maintained to ensure collateral and sales tools are refreshed as needed
Ensure timely execution of marketing projects and achievement of short-term goals
Track and report on campaign metrics and ROI to VP of Marketing, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
What you'll bring to the role:
Minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing role with supervisor experience
An eye for details with strong communication and presentation skills
A proven track record of managing campaigns, projects, and specific marketing functions.
A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities
Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
A strong work ethic and desire to elevate our team's contribution to organizational success
The ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
Bonus: Experience working in architecture/engineering/construction environment and working with a diverse sales force in a matrixed organization
