To Be considered to this role you must have first-hand experience working for an electrical contractor in the area and have industry connections. Additionally, you must be used to running $120-125 MILLION SALES GOALS.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee our clients' operational activities and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful operations within the electrical space. This position will be the Northern California area and will have 200-300 field team members reporting into it. This role will require a leader with experience managing and running $120-125Mil in revenue overall.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency

- Successfully lead and execute all sales and operational initiatives

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives

- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects

-Work closely with General contractors to communicate project goals.

- Provide senior leadership and guidance to the operations team

- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners

Requirements

- Proven experience in operations management at a senior level preferably in electrical or construction

-A minimum of five years' experience working in senior leadership roles

- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills

- Excellent project management abilities

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities

- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong partnerships

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
