Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities by reaching out and developing relationships with current and potential customers in U.S. and international markets. In this role, you'll use your sales and communication skills to identify and engage prospects, nurturing them from initial contact through to conversion. Key Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact mid-market prospects through cold calls and emails
Introduce our company to potential customers and assess their needs
Suggest relevant products/services to meet customer requirements
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives
Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing plans
Requirements & Skills
6-12 months of relevant experience (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Sales Account Executive, or similar role
Proficiency in multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
BONUSES:
Monthly incentives are standard up to $500 if you hit the quota.
Weekly Incentives are standard up to $200 if you hit the quote.
Max Bonuses per Month is $1,300 if you hit the quote.
