Job Description:

BIBA is an exclusive private member's social dining club that offers its members an elevated and vibrant environment. Located in the historic El Cid neighborhood, BIBA is being developed to create a unique atmosphere, exceptional service, and exclusive events.

BIBA is seeking a passionate, professional and highly visible General Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term vision and development of BIBA Social Club. This individual should have a proven track record of successful management in private clubs or luxury hospitality settings.

The General Manager will lead, motivate, and inspire the team, maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, and ensure the profitability and success of the establishment. He/She is responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service in all areas of the Club.

minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a luxury club, resort, or similar hospitality setting.

Experience opening a new property Required

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management or equivalent work experience.

Key Responsibilities

-An enthusiastic personality with passion for the hospitality industry.

-Lead the overall operations of the hotel and private social club.

-Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance guest satisfaction.

-Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, high performance, and guest-focused service.

-Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and high standards across all areas.

-Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.

-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

-Represent BIBA in the community and develop strong relationships with guests, members, and stakeholders.

-A high attention to detail in administration, daily operations and facility management.

-Adept in conflict management with the ability to think on your feet and remain flexible when needed.

-Experience initiating and executing capital improvement plans at the direction of the Owner with a strong understanding of project management.

-A strong understanding of how to provide top-notch operations and events that intrinsically lead to an elevated experience for members and guests.

-The ability to listen intuitively, responding and taking thoughtful action that is in the best interest of the Club and its Members.

-The ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
