We're looking for a seasoned strategist to join our team (Director level). There are of course lots of qualities this person will have at this level. But rather than list them all out, here are the most important qualities:
Deep experience in brand strategy
Demonstrable experience where strategy has helped create breakthrough and effective work
A clear ability to synthesize often complex and/or conflicting information into a very clear POV
Someone with gravitas, presence and natural leadership, while valuing (and seeking out) other perspectives including very strategic clients
This role will work on a B2B account which has some of the most iconic brands in its category. This is a huge opportunity to help shape the next chapter of these brands and to think holistically about how to build incremental value to its audiences through a portfolio of products and services. As a result, this is a business and brand transformation opportunity, with the ability to help shape category changing work that should be recognized in the major effectiveness and creative awards.
Experience:
At least 8+ years of experience as a brand strategist
Creative agency experience a must
A natural born leader internally and to our clients
Proven track record including effectiveness and creative awards
While B2B experience is not a mandatory, must have experience with complex categories/businesses
Proven ability to work in a cross-agency environment and helping them to see opportunities based on the strategy and creative idea
