Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer with a hunter mentality to join our team. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with OEMs and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to identify new opportunities, foster value-based relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, including operations, engineering, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector, focusing on OEMs and distribution channels.
Build and nurture value-based relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies that drive lead generation.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the industrial automation industry.
Strong understanding of automation solutions and their application across different industries.
