Position Overview:

The Healthcare Patient Enrollment Representative will lead efforts to connect with and enroll patients in clinical research studies, focusing on building strong engagement strategies to meet enrollment goals. This role involves coordinating patient appointments, managing outreach, and ensuring recruitment targets are met on a daily and monthly basis.

  • Design and implement patient outreach plans for clinical studies, ensuring alignment with study timelines and protocols.
  • Track recruitment metrics and adjust outreach approaches to meet or exceed enrollment objectives.
  • Engage patients and coordinate their scheduling with healthcare providers, research coordinators, and relevant team members.
  • Utilize multiple outreach methods, such as community engagement, social media, and direct communication, to connect with prospective study participants.
  • Communicate with patients through various digital channels, including email, phone, and text messaging on specified software platforms.
  • Review patient records through electronic medical systems and recruitment software to identify suitable candidates for study participation.
  • Provide comprehensive information to patients and clinical partners about research study opportunities.
  • Educate patients and families about the details of clinical studies, addressing their questions and guiding them through the screening process.
  • Input and manage patient records accurately in the recruitment software system.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams and research staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, from enrollment through study participation.
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential records of recruitment efforts and potential study participants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and patient advocacy groups to support and boost recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to the creation of recruitment materials, such as informational brochures and presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and compliance guidelines relevant to patient enrollment in clinical trials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, IRB protocols, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8-4:30
