The Healthcare Patient Enrollment Representative will lead efforts to connect with and enroll patients in clinical research studies, focusing on building strong engagement strategies to meet enrollment goals. Input and manage patient records accurately in the recruitment software system.
Work collaboratively with clinical teams and research staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, from enrollment through study participation.
Maintain up-to-date and confidential records of recruitment efforts and potential study participants.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and patient advocacy groups to support and boost recruitment efforts.
Contribute to the creation of recruitment materials, such as informational brochures and presentations.
Stay informed on industry best practices and compliance guidelines relevant to patient enrollment in clinical trials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, IRB protocols, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
