Job Description

The Role:

Entegris is seeking an energetic, experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects driving profitable growth in the company's Advanced Materials Handling Division. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Project Manager to join global AMH Project Management team. Projects will vary depending on size and scope, requiring flexibility and diverse project management skills. This role will include direct interaction with a broad range of senior, technical and functional management and subject matter experts throughout the organization globally.

Further, this position entails the management of critical, daily activities to support the business and operations teams to ensure successful execution of both operational and new product development related projects.

In this role you will:
  • Assure successful completion of assigned projects through direct management and coordination with cross-functional global project teams.
  • Lead project team meetings, update and maintain project documentation and status within project management system.
  • Utilize Project Management techniques to develop project charters, budgets, risk assessments, resource plans, project schedule and periodic project updates.
  • Guide project team through various phases of each project with focus on open actions, project deliverables.
  • Identify risks to project deliverables and/or timing, clearly communicate those risks to stakeholders and management and develop plans to minimize those risks.
  • Utilize project management systems and reporting tools to track and report out to project team, stakeholders and management on projects status.
  • Facilitate Phase Gate reviews with functional leadership to discuss project readiness for continuation to new project phase.
  • As needed to meet project objectives, the Project Manager may interface with outside parties including suppliers, partners, and customers, including conference calls and meetings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting, and systems related to project management.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience with a strong understand of project management principles.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills across a global organization and ability to develop and implement project specific plans.
  • Desire to develop a broad understanding of the business across multiple functions and a willingness to engage in the details required to move projects forward.
  • The ability and willingness to take a "hands-on" approach to meeting project scope and timing including assisting project team members in completion of deliverables as needed.
  • Proactively work with a sense of urgency - identifies and addresses risks.
  • Ability to indirectly manage and guide project teams.
  • Some international travel may be required to effectively fulfill the position responsibilities.
  • Availability for early morning or evening conference calls.
  • Strong time and priority management - ability to identify and focus on critical issues.

  • Demonstrated leadership by managing and guiding cross-functional teams in meeting project goals and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated project management skills such as: ability to scope a project, estimate resource requirements, and managing project risks.

  • Salary in the $110,000K-$125,000K/year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
