Growing innovative manufacturing and construction enterprise is actively seeking a hands-on VP Sales to strategically and proactively advance the existing sales organization for a well-established and growing Pacific-Midwest based business. The company is positioned to achieve exceptional growth in the near term which will include the expansion of its operational footprint into new geographies. The VP Sales will lead the team from the front, in a player/coach capacity and will take a hands-on approach to obtaining new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
We are seeking a sales executive with existing relationships, able to immediately engage with a diverse client base and effectively sell the value proposition while building a best-in-class sales organization, developing and integrate sales infrastructure and expanding the existing customer base. The VP Sales will engage across all levels of the organization and will collaborate cross functionally to maintain internal and external relationships. This position will actively pursue new business opportunities while developing road maps to diversify the business into new geographies and achieve targeted sales growth. We require an executive who can drive exceptional growth while leading the development of process and administration for the sale function.
Ideally you will have general contractor and construction industry experience within large corporate environments and have successfully transitioned sales strategies and best practices effectively to a middle-market entrepreneurial enterprise.
