Job Title: In-Store Auditor
Location: Chicago, IL (Various Merchant Locations: Zip Codes 60654, 60653, 60614, 60805, 60649, 60637)
Schedule:
Duration: 4-week temporary assignment
Hours: 6 hours per day, 5 days per week (hours will vary depending on store hours)
Holiday and weekend availability may be required
Pay:
Compensation: $17.86/hour
About the Opportunity
As an In-Store Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring merchants maintain accurate product selections for their customers. You will visit one merchant location per day and audit inventory to identify any gaps or missing products on store shelves.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform product audits to ensure merchant shelves are stocked appropriately.
Maintain live communication with teams via Google Sheets, Slack, and email to report findings and resolve inventory issues.
Investigate discrepancies in inventory to improve product availability.
Requirements:
Equipment: Must use personal cell phone (iOS required) with access to Google Sheets, Slack, and email.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Comfortable performing inventory management duties such as counts and audits.
Versatile and adaptable to handle different tasks throughout the day.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
