Essential Duties and Functions:
Oversee client onboarding for small businesses, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Manage support staff, including part-time tax preparers and front desk personnel, to ensure efficient daily operations.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement and improve administrative processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a client-facing administrative role, ideally in a small business or professional services environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing support staff.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a proven track record of multitasking and managing priorities.
Experience in a CPA firm or a similar business setting is a plus.
