We are partnering with our client in search of an Office Admin for Direct Hire! This role is fully onsite in San Carlos, CA. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor
Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Manage record keeping, vendor relationship management, light AP/AR and HR duties
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
