Job Description:

We're looking for a Admin assistant to join our team! If you have a passion for organization, accuracy, and problem-solving, this role could be your perfect fit.

Assignment Length: One year

Location: Cleveland, OH 44103 (Hybrid schedule available after training)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Flexible based on candidate pool)

What You'll Be Doing

Accurately enter and track work orders in our system

Verify and maintain detailed records of all work orders

Collaborate with various departments to confirm and resolve discrepancies

Monitor progress and update the system as necessary

Respond to customer inquiries and generate reports

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency with office software and data entry systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong typing speed and accuracy

Great communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

SAP experience

Knowledge of the natural gas industry

Attention to detail

Ability to problem-solve and work independently

Who We're Looking For

High school diploma required

Background in clerical work, data entry, or data analytics is a plus

A team player who's not afraid to ask questions and thrives in both independent and collaborative settings
