We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CEO and leadership team. Additionally, you will oversee office support including vendor management, facilities management, etc. Special opportunity to be part of a brilliant, fun and dynamic team!
Location: Palo Alto, CA
5 days onsite
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist with light office management tasks.
Coordinate and plan office functions and events
Foster a positive workplace culture and contribute to team dynamics.
**Qualifications:**
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to a CEO.
Experience in a startup environment, ideally in biotech .
Proven ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a small office setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
A culture builder who thrives in an intellectual and dynamic environment.
A degree is required
**Compensation:**
- Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits!
