Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented short-term Data Entry Associate to assist our corporate communications team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, who is highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of data all within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry
Complete high-volume tasks within a set deadline
Organize Word docs and quips
Help move data from SIM system to Airtable (500ish records that need to be moved to the new system)
Help move hundreds of notes from Quip to Salesforce
Help identify areas to streamline
Job Requirements:
HSD/ GED required; Bachelors or higher would be a plus
2 years minimum experience with data entry
1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience
Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with Airtable and Quip
High attention to detail, well-organized, and a self-starter
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
*Salary Range: $16-17/hr with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
