Seeking a Data Entry Clerk to sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Responsibilities:
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Store completed documents in appropriate locations
Works under the guidance of a senior professional, assisting in the review and periodic update of data entry procedure manuals and performing computer data entry tasks.
Data entry operator for global residue database - should be able to use Scanner. (Regular contract with flexibility in hours)
Double checks/confirms data entry values.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalency acceptable.
2 years data entry experience.
Experience with Excel/Access spreadsheets
Ability to work with Internet applications.
Very good organizational skills.
Detailed oriented.
Ability to work independently.
2 solid years of working with computer applications such as Microsoft office.
