Executive Assistant

At Core Personnel Staffing Service, we're driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and growth. As we expand, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our CEO. This role is fast-paced, dynamic, and vital to the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel while prioritizing time-sensitive matters.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up action plans.
  • Coordination & Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO to capture notes and track deliverables.

Operational Efficiency:
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO to ensure efficiency and focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Manage special projects and assignments as directed, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks or challenges in workflows.

Travel & Logistics:
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodations and meeting schedules.
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience for a minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

Attributes:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
