Job Description:
Start up company in the San Jose area seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support Sales and Operations.
MUST be able and open to working 20 hours a week for the next 4 months.
100% remote but preferred local (but would not go onsite)
Pay is up to $40/hr
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Coordinating all domestic and international travel
- Preparing for management meetings
- Composing and distributing of presentations, reports and mailings
- Processing expense reports and internal documents
- Contributing to group projects and taking charge of additional duties as assigned
- Assisting management in the preparation and set-up for Board Meetings
- Create spreadsheets and reports on MS Excel
- Back-up for office manager when needed
- Board Meeting set-up, prep, presentation creation, catering, hotel accommodations and much more
- Event planning
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive Admin Assistant experience
- Abilities to work remotely on a part time basis
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with minimal direction
- Able to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion and can be trusted with sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammar
- Extremely organized and conscientious
- Strong sense of urgency and can work longer hours when necessary
- Experience with Google Apps and Gmail for calendaring
