One of our leading Financial Planning Offices is expanding our operations to better service our growing client base. We have a Administrative Assistant position available immediately. This is a full-time position in Nacogdoches, TX.
YOUR ROLE:
As a direct point of contact for prospects and clients, you will be responsible for the delivery of administrative tasks within the office.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
First-line of contact for prospective and current clients of the firm
Meeting & Greeting
Inbound and outbound call support
Office physical appearance
Document and update client records
Processing paperwork and some client requests management
Assist with Event Planning and Coordination
2+ years of experience working at a professional services business (accounting, legal, financial planning, etc.)
Excellent verbal/written communications skills, computer skills (MS Office), and attention to detail, team player
