We are seeking a Sr Staff IT Project Manager to join our leading biotech client's team. Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in streamlining our technology landscape. In this role, you will spearhead the execution of an approved plan to optimize our software, tools, licenses, and infrastructure, ultimately reducing our overall technology footprint and costs.

*Pay Rate Range: Starting at $73.50/hr W2, Higher Depending Upon Experience

Key Responsibilities
Drive the roadmap for software, tools, licenses, and infrastructure changes, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to meet program objectives.
Align functional teams, communicate decisions and planned changes, consolidate tools, migrate off current platforms, and finalize solutions.
Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to transform user needs into a complete description of requirements aligned with the program schedule and milestones.
Manage project priorities, changes, and planning for the future state in a scalable and sustainable manner.
Lead use case development, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and review meetings to formalize program scope and required resources.
Create wireframes, workflow diagrams, and other visualizations to communicate technical concepts to key stakeholders and software engineers.
Work collaboratively in a team environment, accurately and fully describing user needs to UX, development, and testing teams.
Lead overall project management activities, including sprint and release planning.
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience in technology project management (preferred),
Skilled or certified in Agile and/or PMBOK methodologies.
Skilled at managing multiple tracks on larger programs.
Project management experience with cross-functional teams including business and technology leaders.
Able to present status and other program-related updates to all levels, including executive leadership.
Experience with formalized requirements gathering and analysis methods and tools.
Strong written and verbal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including preparing slide desks and giving presentations
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and incorporate feedback in a fast-paced environment.
