We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager IV to join our team and support the Legal department in the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing system implementation projects, including CLMs, and overseeing operational change management. The role demands an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate operational business processes into system requirements, success factors, and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in managing system implementations (including CLMs) and overseeing operational change management.
Technical Skills:Experience with ERPs and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system implementations.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MSFT Project).
Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership: Experience leading small to medium-sized teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with attorneys and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, collaborating closely with the Legal department and other stakeholders.
Attend and facilitate project workshops to discuss and advocate for the Legal department's requirements.
Work with Legal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to discuss project status, action items, and deliverables.
Review and create project artifacts, including system requirements, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate and manage small to medium-sized teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Oversee the user acceptance testing process, ensuring all system requirements align with business needs.
Actively manage the change management process to ensure a smooth transition to the new CLM system.
Track project progress using project management tools such as Jira and MSFT Project, keeping all project details on track.
Communicate effectively with business users and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity on system requirements and implementation progress.
Preferred Experience:
Extensive experience working deeply with business users to translate their needs into actionable system requirements, success outcomes, and UAT cases.
Previous experience managing large system implementations or process changes, especially in a legal or corporate environment.
