Pay Range: $60-75/hour (12 month contract to hire)
Must Haves:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
-5+ years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
-Proven ability to manage projects in the following areas: Facility systems:
-Clean and black utility generation and distribution equipment.
-Utility control and monitoring systems.
-Power generation and monitoring systems.
-HVAC equipment and systems for controlled and uncontrolled spaces.
Equipment:
-Lab equipment and instrumentation.
-Pharmaceutical production equipment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Job Description:
A pharmaceutical company in the Clayton, NC area is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager is to lead all stages of projects from initiation through realize phase following the Stage Gate process. This includes but is not limited to the deliverables outlined below. The project manager is expected to lead recurring project team meetings and lead focused ad hoc meetings as needed. Responsibilities: -Lead multi-disciplined project teams to complete projects on-time, on budget, meeting all requirements (quality, cost, schedule, scope). -Execute projects & manage all aspects including develop project goals & business objectives; finalize scope & budget; create project plans; including negotiating staffing with Line of Business; monitor & control project work; manage project data; report performance & seek approvals from steering group; manage project procurement, delivery/installation, commissioning, qualification, change control, & team; close & evaluate project. -Ensure all facets of the program lifecycle align with expectations set forth by the Steering Group and/or project owner. -Responsible for monitoring & reporting project progress. -Consider project staffing plans needed to support projects. -Assemble the project team. For external staff, manage tasks & time closely -Responsible for financial project accountability through -purchase order creation, management, invoicing, and budget forecasting. -Ensure alignment with global programs & other site projects to actively share best practice, knowledge, and visions. -Assist with any training required of personnel supporting the project. -Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
