About The Role
As a Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, which includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. This will be working on higher education and K12 ground-up projects in Raleigh, NC.
Your main duties will include:
Collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture or Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ Years experience working as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor
Experience working on higher education or K12 projects
