Our client is looking for a CRM Program Lead. The CRM Program Lead is responsible for creating and managing CRM workstreams in the studio. This person oversees campaign development, planning, and overall output of the CRM program. They own and manage relationships with senior marketers, client partners, and project managers to ensure campaigns meet/exceed program goals and objectives, deliver on time, and represent studio excellence.
Overview: This is a 12 month 40 hours/week contract rolewith opportunities to extend. Must be Dallas-based as this is an onsite role.
Responsibilities: • Leads, coaches, and mentors client partners to ensure they are fully supported to lead their teams and manage their projects on time and within budget • Advocates and supports ways of working against the RACI model (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) to coordinate process workflow among marketers, creative agency, studio, and vendors • Tracks scope of work at campaign level to make sure projects are within agreed deliverables. Monitors budgets, collaborates with finance, and adjusts to stay on track • Oversees performance assessment of all client partners and project managers and informs leadership of staffing needs/changes • Manages workload balance to avoid overtime • Spearheads escalations from working teams, implements mitigation plans and solutions, and communicates them to senior management • Enforces Workfront adoption and compliance per client's Workfront requirements • Advises on workflow modifications to optimize efficiency • Identifies ways to improve and innovate channel-specific organizational processes • Monitors studio processes and provides regular status updates to keep leadership informed
Qualifications: • 12+ years in CRM account and program management, creative production, and campaign management, preferably within an agency or marketing services environment • Proven experience managing budgets and scope of work while identifying cost-saving opportunities • Leadership experience with track record of managing large teams and solving production and process challenges • Strategic and growth mindset for expanding studio capabilities through tools, resources, and innovation • Exemplary client liaison; strong communicator, negotiator, and influencer who fosters trusting partnerships with senior marketing leaders, partners, and diverse stakeholder groups • Experience working in matrixed organizational structures with the ability to collaborate across different subject matter experts to move forward goals and objectives
