The Sr. Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations (contractor) is responsible for leading the project management and operations of the Marketing Transformation team. This individual will bring thought leadership and core competencies needed for complex project planning across the lifecycle of key transformational projects that will help the Marketing team and Company as a whole grow Brand Love, Traffic, among other KPIs.
In addition, the Sr. Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations will support the Marketing Transformation team leader with operational tasks related to the Marketing organization such as development of team presentations (e.g. Town Halls, performance scorecards, etc.),as well as tracking progress status of key initiatives belonging to the Marketing Leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and strategic insights, enabling them to support and drive strategic thinking across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery.

Own and manage multiple high-impact, transformational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and demonstrating a deep understanding of each project.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
Provide strategic insights and business acumen to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Develop presentation materials to share with the Marketing Leadership team and the broader Marketing organization.
Track progress status of key initiatives belonging to the Marketing Leadership team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.
Mentor and develop project managers and team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes to the Marketing Leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Business Management).
7 years of experience in project management or similar business administrative roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication skills to facilitate critical conversations and presentations at leadership levels
Adept at navigating ambiguity and newly formed workflow environments, especially within matrixed organizations
